About Us
Welcome, we’re glad you are here! It’s important that you know a little of who we are… and not just what we do.
So, thanks for stopping by to see what makes Precision Landworks different… and why it’s not just our job, but our passion.
About Precision Landworks
Precision.
Whether starting the ground work for your dream home or shop, the approach and layout of your driveway, drainage to carry away runoff, or the excavation for septic and utilities; you want precision. You want accuracy, efficiency, professionalism, and the skill and knowledge to handle any job, big or small.
At Precision Landworks, “precision” defines who we are and what we do. With 25 years of experience in excavation and grading, there is no job outside our scope of work, including tight access. We have a wide range of equipment to make sure the job is completed on time and within your budget.
We take great pride in the relationships we form with our customers. On a professional level, our customers return time and again whenever a need arises, and we have been blessed by both their loyalty and referrals for new work. However, many of our customers keep in touch personally as well. Long after the equipment has left their yard; through social media, Christmas cards, and even family BBQs, many of our clients turn into so much more… friends. We love that, because again, what we do goes far above just being a job, it’s our passion.
Your project is important to us, and we look forward to meeting with you to discuss it. Please give us a call, our onsite consultations are free of charge and we can answer any questions or concerns you have. Following our meeting, we will provide you with a quote via e-mail.
About Our Family
Our “why” is simple, we love what we do! Now, here is a little DIRT on us…
We dig it, do you!?
Hey, we’re the Jarrett Family!
We are a small, family-owned business located in beautiful Rathdrum, Idaho. We are owner/operators, so when you meet us, you meet the hands and feet that will be on the ground working for you. We are blessed to call this area home, and to raise our two kids in this wonderful community.
Him:
Charlie grew up on a tractor; heavy equipment is in his blood…
16 years ago he had a dream of owning his own business. He set out on a mission, bought his first piece of equipment and worked side jobs after clocking out of his “paying job.” As his business grew, he was able to focus his attention on it full time, and never looked back.
If you have had the pleasure of watching him work, you know that the equipment seems to be an extension of his body; fluid and effortless. His skill and accuracy have been called on time after time by customers because they know he strives for excellence every time.
Her:
Angela grew up in a small agricultural town, and although she didn’t grow up on a tractor, she always enjoyed being around them.
Her background is in Sales and Hospitality and she loves meeting and talking with people. When they married in 2013, Angela held a full time job, but took on the management of the business office as well. When the need arose, she would help with labor and run equipment.
When they welcomed their first child, Angela postponed her professional life and became a stay at home mom, and continued to run the business office. Two and a half years later, they were blessed with a second child and her days became very full taking care of their two young children. While most of the time you will find her with the kiddos, on occasion, she still gets a chance to put on a pair of boots and gloves and work alongside her husband.
Them:
When they aren’t playing in the dirt, you will probably find them still… playing in the dirt. They enjoy spending quality time together as a family, caring for their property, being on the water, hiking, taking drives, watching movies with big bowls of popcorn, and exploring new places. You will find them in church on Sunday mornings, giving glory to the Lord, and enjoying the fellowship of their community.
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31
“Honesty, hard-working, and trustworthy. These attributes define Charlie and Angela. I would hire them for any job, with absolute confidence in getting the job at hand complete and ON TIME.”
