We had the pleasure of working with an amazing couple on this project in Hayden.  Sharing in their excitement, as we broke ground for their new home, is one reason why we love what we do… watching dreams become a reality.  We trenched for water lines, dug footings, and did some minimal grading.  We look forward to working with them again soon! 

This project was for a couple who were rebuilding after a fire took their home.  We did ALL of the site prep for this home and property; including house/garage pads, utilities, excavation for a basement, and the new rock wall at their driveway entrance. The basement portion of this was very technical, and required great attention to detail during trenching.  We excel at jobs with tight access needs that require a high level precision and careful navigation. 

We worked for one of our favorite builders on this project in Coeur d’Alene.  We cleared the lot of brush and garbage, removed stumps, off-hauled all debris, and graded and dug footings.
